The seeds were, as they say, planted more than twenty years ago.
It all began with an interest in horticulture and trees that has evolved into what it is today: a full landscaping services firm that specializes in hardscaping, softscaping, and waterscaping projects.
Inspired by the lush greens and natural beauty of its namesake in North Shore, New Zealand. North Shore Bomanite was established to serve as a complementary industry player in the Philippines.
With the continuing growth and development of residential and commercial properties on the island, we see a strong demand for professional and trustworthy firms that can provide services that meet the standards of the international landscaping industry.
We strongly believe you should never compromise when it comes to quality. The resources and products we use for our projects of premium grade—and as the installer licensee of Region 7 and 8 for Bomanite, the world’s most recognized decorative, imprint concrete, we guarantee durable and long-lasting results.

With over 32 years of experience in real estate and construction companies, Virgilio J. Carsido, Jr., knows the lay of the land.
A licensed civil engineer by profession, his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the landscaping industry have been shaped by a career that spans the Philippines and Southeast Asia. He has worked in different executive capacities for renowned and established firms such as DM Consuji, Inc., Hazama Corporation, Ohsaki Construction, Cebu Holdings Inc., Ayala Land, Inc., Megaworld, and Megawide.

Armed with an extensive network developed throughout the decades, he now leverages his experience and considerable management skills to run North Shore Bomanite and help shape the future of the landscaping industry in the Philippines.
